Home Visiting!
Our lactation visits (except group classes) will be in your home or wherever you are staying.
We have a bilingual/bicultural Spanish speaking IBCLC on our team, and are glad to accept Spanish speaking clients!
Travel is included in the rate for anyone in Eugene and Springfield. If you live outside of Eugene/Springfield, reach out to inquire about availability and travel considerations.

For any of these reasons and more, a prenatal one-on-one visit with one of our providers will be a great way to help you feel prepared to start your unique feeding journey.
Prenatal Lactation 1:1
Prenatal Lactation Education Group Class (coming soon!)

Our lactation class is a lovely way to learn about how our bodies create and sustain a milk supply & nurse your baby! You’ll get practice in a group setting with positioning baby dolls, get your questions answered, and we like to have a lot of fun while doing it!
Follow-up Lactation Visit

When things are going well, and just a quick check-in is needed to do a baby weight or make some small adjustments to your feeding plan.
Infant Craniosacral Therapy

Often, birth can be physically demanding on your infant's body as well! Craniosacral is a gentle body release given by grams of pressure for your infant to experience release in the tension areas most commonly seen, such as: tightness in neck, shoulders, hips, as well as jawline. CST, as it's often called, is also supportive for infants that need to gain strength and improve oral growth development to help them feed at the breast and make it less painful for everyone. Sessions are determined at first visit with supportive follow up care per individual.
Additional time during visits
We understand that sometimes additional time is necessary. Our policy is to charge $25 per 15 minutes over (no charge for less than 15 minutes), and not to exceed 30 minutes beyond scheduled end of visit. Due to other visits and obligations, we can't always guarantee that we can go beyond our allotted time.
Initial Postpartum Visit

Our first visit with you after giving birth is an in-depth consult to support positioning, latch, milk intake, and more. For this and all future visits, we bring a baby scale to you and other supplies to support any feeding challenges.
Follow-up Lactation Visit
60-90 min

This more in-depth follow-up visit is when we need to do a more thorough consult to troubleshoot, do a weighted feed, or work on things like pump flange fitting and alternative feeding methods.
Adult Prenatal or Postpartum Craniosacral Therapy
60-75 min

Prenatal and/or Postpartum CST offers a gentle physical and emotional recovery by releasing your nervous system fully, easing tension, and supporting overall healing. Sessions are determined at the first visit with supportive followup care per individual.
For private pay clients, we can give you a superbill for you to request reimbursement from your insurance company.
